- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, by setting clear goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
- Lead strategic client engagements, including high-level visits to existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships
- Drive the sales pipeline by guiding the team in generating, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand major accounts and penetrate new markets, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends
- Represent PolyWorks México at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our software solutions and reinforcing our market presence.
- Support and empower channel partners, providing strategic direction and resources to enhance their sales performance and alignment with our brand
- Collaborate closely with headquarters, aligning local sales strategies with global objectives, share market insights, and contribute to international initiatives
- Ensure effective project tracking by consistently following up on each opportunity and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering in a related field. A master’s degree in business administration or a related discipline is a strong asset.
- Accumulate at least 10 years of experience as a strategic sales leader, handling major accounts (particularly with high-technology products).
- Have experience in 3D metrology or strong knowledge of PolyWorks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and with international teams.
- Engage in English-based conversations without difficulty
- Be available to travel within Mexico (driver’s license required).
