- Supports the resolution of production quality problems on time to meet the customer requirements
- Work effectively with test, design, product and planning engineers, regional quality engineers, regional planners, regional technical sales representatives and marketing representatives to solve customer challenges and provide fast responses.
- May partner with line quality engineers and management teams in layered process audits and internal audits.
- Follow procedure for control on non-conforming parts in production.
- Assisting clients during audits with the aim of coming to a production release.
- Work with customers to understand their specific requirements and then draft plans to fully satisfy their requirements.
- Perform warranty analysis and identify trends.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action
- Responsible for maintaining and continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
- Manage containment actions for Customer concerns and quality proactive notifications (including customer sorting & Quality Alerts).
- Manage additional controls with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products.
- Manage quality RMA process, review, analyze trends, prepare reports and communicate.
- Support the Quality Inspectors, Technicians and Engineers to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Disciplined and results-oriented work ethic.
- Strong knowledge with statistical tools such as SPC, Cpk Studies, Gauge R&R, etc.
- Previous experience developing, using and maintaining Control Plans, PFMEA'S, Standard Work Instructions.
- Data-driven, objective and fact-based.
- Must be able to work within accelerated product development schedules.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced English: C1
- Quality Tools: CORE TOOLS, PDCA, ISO, Self-Assessment Center, Customer Audits.
- Certifications: Internal Auditor ISO-9000, IATF-16949.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, ownership, confrontation, empathy, excellent communication, resilience. Proactive, dynamic, decisive, autonomous, and structured in problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proficient English level
