Conduct security audits
Attending meetings with other company managers to determine operational needs
Planning, directing and coordinating security budgets and purchases
Responding to emergency situations and providing crisis management assistance
Maintaining relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards related to security
Implementation, execution, and monitoring of programs to prevent accidents
Management and monitoring of Safety and Health indicators
Execution and monitoring of institutional safety and health programs
Ensure implementation and monitoring of discipline policy in safety
Management and monitoring of corrective and preventive safety objectives in line with their region
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSQualifications

Leadership
Proven experience as security manager or similar position
Experience using relevant technology and equipment
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
