- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Providing status, updates, and dashboards to client stakeholders. Mitigate risk and accelerate resolution of outstanding issues.
- Responsible for developing and meeting project plans/schedules, defining project execution requirements, and managing communications.
- P&L Control, Complex Negotiations, MS Project and Planning Techniques, Risk Logs, Deviations and Mitigations, scope control.
- Responsible for coordinating projects through various communications, data collection, and analysis. May act as Project Manager on multiple projects concurrently.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively achieve project objectives whilst maintaining a strong sense of urgency. Functional experience in multiple business areas.
- Ability to relate business knowledge to complex problems.
- Additionally, the candidate must have a very strong ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for results. The ability to summarize and present information concisely and clearly for review and approval is a must.
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in Project Management in a technical or infrastructure-related role.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and demonstrated ability to create and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
- Familiarity with Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
- Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- Experience mitigating project risks and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven consensus-building skills in a remote role.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and drive project success.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, flexible, innovative, and willing to get things done.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Deep domain experience with 3+ years of work experience in Services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery.
- Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing technical and executive-level relationships (IT Director, VP, and C-level).
- PMP, ITIL, Agile, Azure, AWS and GCP certifications preferred.
