We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Queretaro.This position will report directly to the Production Manager.This role will be responsible for all the Maintenance of our Facilities. Will be in charge of leading and handling a good management in preventive, corrective and autonomous maintenance. Also having an excellent treatment and management with the different suppliers in the required works for the plant.The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and understanding in installation, maintenance and repairs in different areas of work:
-Electrical-Mechanical-Concrete-Metallic-Finishes-Masonry-Doors, Roofs, Windows-EquipmentTasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate general service providers to ensure quality and compliance
- Excellent organization and scheduling of activities and tasks.
- Execution of the maintenance program
- Follow up in work orders
- Collaborate with different leaders and team members to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Daily reviews of operations and facility performance
- Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks, following detailed instructions and working with the suppliers to complete the allocated tasks.
- Help to install equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
- Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
- Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or a related field.
- Experience 3 years in maintenance of facilities.
- Experience with suppliers and contractors
- Solid knowledge in electrical, mechanical, concrete, masonry, metallic and finishes works
- English B2
- Excellent communication with managers and team leaders.

- Salary: 32k monthly before taxes
