Sales Associate (Bilingual Spanish & English)

• Discover new business opportunities, formulate and implement sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, ensure their satisfaction, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service to foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Document sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments like marketing and customer support to ensure a unified and effective approach to sales and account management.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field is required. Candidates with experience in the same or related industry may be preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial.
• Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other sales and marketing tools.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy.
• Willingness to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST).
• Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
