In this role, you’ll focus on managing chargebacks, overpayments, and supplier-related reconciliations. You’ll communicate directly with banks and suppliers—mostly in writing—and help resolve disputes efficiently and professionally. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a structured environment, and communicates clearly and confidently.Job ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Chargeback ManagementHandle chargeback requests and ensure timely responses to banksManage overpayments and support recovery processes with suppliersVerify suspicious or compromised activities flagged by banksReconciliation & AnalysisAnalyze and reconcile open items related to GVCC suppliers in SAPEnsure accurate reflection of VCC transactions across HBX systemsCommunication & CollaborationRespond to inquiries and manage email communications with banks and suppliersEscalate unresolved issues to internal stakeholders or external platformsSupport internal and external audits with documentation and insightsProcess Improvement & ComplianceFollow established procedures and contribute to process enhancementsEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesRequired SkillsStrong written communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailProactive, solution-oriented attitudeConversational EnglishIntermediate MS Excel and SAP skills (desirable)Required Qualifications and ExperienceBackground in accounting or financeExperience in management accounting or financial operationsPrevious exposure to the travel industry is a plusAbility to build relationships and collaborate across teamsIf you’re a motivated professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating with clarity—we’d love to hear from you.
