**How You'll Help us Connect The World**:
Providing assistance in the performance of various procurement assignments which includes assisting in the sourcing of items vital for the operation of the organization.
Procure direct or indirect materials (which may include tools, samples).
Procure re-lease products where price and terms are predetermined.
Work to find opportunities for cost reductions in support of annual cost reduction objectives.
Look after any purchase order/invoice issues, following them through to resolution.
Carry out general administrative responsibilities within the department.
Ensure that the Supplier Performance Index governing quality and delivery ratings are considered before deciding to procure material from a particular vendor.
Ensure that all procurements are based on negotiated driven bids as submitted by qualified suppliers and in alignment with Should Cost targets (where available).
Maintains positive working relationship with the supplier base and participates in the regularly scheduled Business Reviews with suppliers.
Continue to analyze and assess the adequacy of our supplier base for each category and to develop additional sources of supply that were deemed advantageous.

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience of product lines in the area of procurement.
- Some travel may be required with this role.
- SAP, Excel, Power Point knowledge
- English 80%
