tax position.
d) Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to structure transactions in a tax efficient
manner. * Financial Reporting:a) Prepare and review tax provisions for financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles).
b) Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related financial information to internal and external
stakeholders.
c) Assist with the preparation of tax disclosures for financial statements and regulatory filings. * Tax Audit Support:a) Serve as the primary point of contact for tax authorities during audits and inquiries.
b) Coordinate responses to tax notices and requests for information, working closely with internal
and external stakeholders.
c) Review and analyze tax audit findings and proposed adjustments, providing recommendations
for resolution. * Team Management and Development:a) Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance on technical matters and professional
development.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
