- Manage and ensure the fulfillment of the regional headcount plan (Mexico, U.S., and Canada).
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- People Management & Development
- Support and manage performance review cycles.
- Conduct a talent diagnosis for the America region by analyzing performance reviews and interviewing employees.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Handle employee admissions, terminations, and payroll support, ensuring zero administrative errors.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and visa requirements across the region.
- Conduct HR research and maintain legal documentation.
- Process Optimization & HR Projects
- Develop and implement an America Region HR Playbook, including key processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Execute HR projects, such as activity planning for area managers.
- Ensure that all routine HR processes run smoothly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws for Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English mandatory.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven approach to HR.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, mobility, or e-commerce industries.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
