Position : International Logistics CoordinatorClient's Industry : Fabricated Metal ProductsWork Hours (Client):TBDPay Range : $1,000 - $1,500Location of Search : León, Guanajuato, MexicoWork Location : In Person/OnsiteYou will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of international logistics operations, primarily focused on steel products shipped from suppliers to customers throughout North America and Latin America.Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate logistics for purchase orders, from origin to final destination, according to Incoterms.
Maintain updated records in systems such as HubSpot CRM and shared company files.
Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and customers.
Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and update documents, invoices, and reports related to each shipment.
Assist the accounting department with payment requests and invoicing.
Support social media and marketing content updates.

What We're Looking For

University degree in International Trade or a related field.
Advanced English level (written and spoken) - must be able to communicate with U.S.-based clients and partners.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in international traffic/logistics.
