Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, results, resources, budget, and timelines for projects scope ranging from $500k-$20M-KOB 1Lead project teams to implement plans and achieve project landmarks.Monitor project progress and adjust as vital to ensure successful completion.

Resource Management:

Allocate and lead resources optimally to ensure project needs are met.Coordinate with different departments to secure vital resources and support.

Collaborator Communication:

Act as the main contact for project collaborators.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members in a timely manner.Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep partners advised and engaged.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Supervise and handle risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that project results meet the required quality standards.Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.Who You Are: You are hard-working and diligent, with a curiosity about balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. BA or BS Degree
5+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent experience with proven track record of Project Management concepts including scheduling, planning, risk mitigation, etc.
Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer meetings
Legal authorization to travel to the United States
Experience handling large project scopes while driving internal and external team members.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive level teams.
Strong English-speaking requirements.
