Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issuesWhat You Bring to the Role
1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
Minimum 6 months of call center experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Comfortable working to resolve the customers issues before escalating to the next level
High school diploma or equivalent
