Objective:
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating agent network performance against targets and defined strategies.
Consolidates and analyzes data from multiple areas of the company (Sales, Fleet, Sales Satisfaction Index,
Training, and Dealer/Agent Standards) to produce accurate reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
Sales department.
The position also oversees the analysis, measurement, and administration of variable margin
payouts to agents, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with commercial policies.
Day to day (main tasks):
Sales Incentive Implementation (retail) - Implement approved incentive programs in alignment with Campaign Management Sr.
Analyst.
Create and configure incentive programs within the designated systems.
Monitor and track sales performance reports to validate incentive eligibility and results.
Calculate and process incentive payments to agents.
Incentive and Margin Claims Management - Validate incoming claims by conducting thorough review, approval, or rejection, and manage the corresponding claim pay-out process.
Assess and verify accuracy of supporting documentation.
Administer manual claims protocols, including calculation, validation, and creation of claim programs as required.
Agent Performance Monitoring - Track and analyze agent performance against defined targets, ensuring measurement of achievement levels.
Prepare and deliver management reports, including Excel analyses and executive presentations.
Evaluate, calculate, and administer margin payments to agents in alignment with policies and performance results.
Manage the calculation and execution of commission payments and Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) compensation.
Sales Administration - Coordinate and prepare Sales Committee meetings.
Create and process purchase orders, maintaining compliance with internal procurement policies and controls.
Manage vendor relationships for the Sales department, including purchase order tracking, budget monitoring, and overall provider administration.
Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or Accounting
Previous experience:
At least 3 years in similar positions
Languages
: Advanced English
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of the automotive industry and related commercial processes.
