The Business Analyst & Sales Coordinator is responsible of supporting the WHS Director & commercial team with forecasting & reporting.
He/She will be responsible for accurate and timely data reporting and become the first point of contact with HQ teams for reporting.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Business Analyst Activities
- Send Sell-in daily report
- Complies monthly statistics for State of the Business reports.
- Presents monthly results to the team.
- Consolidate marketing trade calendar, follow up on supply and sell in of novelties, coordination and recap of product launch, visibility action plan recap.
- Provide reports when needed.
- Prepare presentations when requested in assistance with the sales staff.
Family & Friends Annual Sale
- In charge of organizing Family & Friends Annual Sale, together with Supply Chain Manager and Business Development Coordinator.
Product Forecasting & POS clusters.
- In charge of coordinating the team for product forecasting.
- Prepare reports for HQ indicating needed quantities for the whole year and follow up and update monthly.
- Define together with KAM ´s the clusters for every POS and category (+150 POS & 6 main product categories).
Brand Expression Moment & W&W.
- In charge of proving relevant information to help KAM ´s correctly perform during trunk show events.
- Establish timing and templates for orders to be uploaded in JOOR.
- Follow up orders with HQ.
- Take care of all admin process regarding JOOR.
