- Identify and prioritize regional risks.
- Understand processes, regulations, policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits, prepare documentation.
- Evaluate controls in new processes.
- Guide on governance, risk management practices.
- Track KPIs to assess GRC effectiveness.
- Present reports to governance committees.
- Support closure of audit issues.
- Academic Background: A Chartered Accountant, CPA or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- Years of Experience: 5+ years relevant experience in Internal and Process related audits in a multinational organization
- Software: MS Office & ERP (Advanced) Salesforce.
- Technical Skills: Strong Report writing and analytical skills. Familiar with the Lean methodology
- English Level: B2 – C1
- Excellent communication skills
- Both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a time constrained environment
