- Acting as the primary contact for escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Leveraging Oracle ERP and other tools to monitor order status, identify bottlenecks, and improve visibility.
- Driving process improvements and standardization across customer service operations.
- Collaborating with global stakeholders to align service strategies and support business growth.
- Supporting change initiatives and promoting agility and continuous learning.
- + 5 years of experience in Customer Service, within a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing flows and global logistics.
- Proficient in Oracle ERP; SAP experience may be considered.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and driving team accountability.
- Fluent in English, with experience communicating across international teams.
- Willing to relocate to Delicias, Chihuahua (relocation support provided).
