
HR Data Privacy Analyst

- Support Global Privacy Operations – Maintain and update data flow maps, manage privacy documentation in our privacy tool, and support the execution of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) across HR systems.
- Ensure Governance and Compliance – Assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), produce audit and regulatory reports, and support compliance with GDPR and other global privacy regulations.
- Drive Tool Administration and Reporting – Help build and maintain the HR privacy tool, manage data inventory, and generate reports to support stakeholder updates and privacy metrics.
- Collaborate Across Functions – Act as a liaison between HR, Legal, and GBS teams; support privacy awareness initiatives such as Privacy Week and provide first-line support for privacy-related inquiries.
- Promote a Culture of Privacy – Maintain documentation, support training efforts, and help socialize privacy practices through internal platforms like Teams and Yammer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year in HR Data Privacy and 3 years in HR technology.
- Strong understanding of global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR); experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English - able to lead calls and collaborate across global teams.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and integrity.
