Your work will help maintain financial integrity, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Record to Report Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing and analyzing financial activities in accordance with accounting standards and regulations
Executing general ledger processes, including project and government accounting
Leading monthly and quarterly close and consolidation cycles
Developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring budget adherence
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Supporting internal and external audits
Leading small-scale financial projects and process improvements

RequirementsWe are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.As a minimum you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Knowledge of government or project accounting
Familiarity with internal control frameworks
