You'll drive strategic supplier development initiatives, ensuring a resilient and high-performing supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Quality, and Operations), identify and onboard new suppliers, and much more."We’ll look to you for:Identifying and qualifying potential suppliers to meet business requirements.Driving supplier performance improvements in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.Negotiating contracts and agreements that align with company goals.Conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Leading supplier development initiatives to enhance capabilities and capacity.Monitoring market trends to identify innovative sourcing opportunities.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
