Position Overview:
The IT Billing and Compliance Analyst manages billing operations for fixed and mobile telephony services across multiple countries.
This role ensures compliance with corporate procedures, accurate financial reporting, invoice management, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all IT billing activities and maintain related documentation.
Oversee cost centers for new lines and manage detailed billing reports, including expense allocation and invoice processing via Calero and SAP.
Maintain updated approval hierarchies and coordinate workflow changes with Calero.
Review invoices for accuracy before SAP posting and manage user access to the Calero platform.
Prepare annual billing expense reports and monthly closing reports for the USA and Canada.
Diagnose technical issues on the Calero platform and support timely invoice processing.
Track new project costs within invoices for budget clarity.
Coordinate payment vouchers, apply payments to vendor statements, and support reconciliation.
Analyze budget trends with finance teams and identify variances promptly.
Consolidate inventory data for telecom services and ensure consistency with invoicing.
Provide user support on Calero access or validation issues.
Contribute to continual process improvement in IT billing operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience in billing, financial reporting, or IT service management—preferably in a multinational setting.
Proficient with SAP, Calero, and billing systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with compliance and process optimization is an asset.
