In this SAP implementation, you will act as the key change agent, responsible for creating training programs, conducting impact assessments, developing communication materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and business readiness.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize workflows within the technology department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals.
Utilize SAP tools to analyze, monitor, and enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during process changes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Monitor the impact of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed.

Lead change management and process improvements in a global SAP rollout.Create and deliver communication and training materials for smooth SAP adoption.Requirements:

Proven expertise in SAP software and its applications.
Expertise in ERP or technology change projects (can include ERP, CRM mergers).
Change management expertise specifically in SAP implementations.
Advanced EnglishSkills.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels from end users to leadership.
On-site presence in Monterrey

Negotiable:

Expertise with calendar management technology such as Workday
Good knowledge of SAP modules: PP, MM, SD, FI, CO.
