Protect Lear Saltillo from any quality problem generated in the production processes.
Maintain quality documents and records in optimal information conditions.
Maintain the focus on prevention and quality assurance of the process and product.
Maintain the focus on processes and compliance with them.
Planning and execution of measurement and physical testing activities.
Planning customer service strategies.
Lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and solve problems on production lines.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Finished professional career
5 Years of Experience in Quality Department

Knowledge in mechanical metal processes (assembly, welding)

Fluent English
Knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T, problem-solving methodologies
