- Execute planning activities using enterprise systems such as SAP, o9, and Agile.
- Analyze global inventory levels and execute rebalancing strategies to ensure optimal allocation across multiple locations.
- Identify, document, and implement planning processes to drive and sustain operational excellence.
- Provide comprehensive planning support for service plants, including management of End-of-Life (EOL) items, excess and obsolete inventory, and field actions.
- Develop technical specifications and maintain reporting processes for planning metrics and performance analysis.
- Maintain and communicate project status updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and escalate material availability issues as needed.
- Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings and core team discussions to share project updates and align priorities.
- Collaborate with the Demand and Supply Planning team to support accurate service forecasting activities.
- Partner with Production Control teams to support inventory attainment and alignment with production goals.
- Prepare and present data for recurring business review meetings with senior leadership.
- Support various ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
- Work closely with the Logistics team to identify opportunities for transportation cost savings and improved service levels.
- Ensure coordination with Regulatory and Trade Compliance teams to meet global compliance standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and apply mathematical techniques to real-world scenarios.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and consistently meet critical deadlines.
