- Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
- Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
- Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
- Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
- Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer's specifications
- Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
- Validating and accepting the packaging range
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Master's degree in engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in combining development and production
- Customer management experience
- Experience and success managing a functional network
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
- Business and finance basics
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Results and teamwork orientation
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
- Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
