Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleThe Project Quality Manager (Extended Warranty) is responsible for leading strategic quality initiatives aimed at reducing extended warranty claims and driving systemic improvements across the organization. This role blends strong analytical skills with hands-on project execution, working cross-functionally to identify root causes, implement effective corrective actions, and enhance product and process performance. In addition, the role proactively leads broader quality improvement efforts in response to evolving business needs.Key responsibilitiesLead data-driven analysis of extended warranty claims to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement.Define and execute quality improvement projects that address root causes and reduce field failures, in alignment with customer expectations and business goals.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Supplier teams to implement robust corrective and preventive actions.Monitor and report on project progress, effectiveness of implemented solutions, and impact on key quality metrics.Lead and support quality improvement projects beyond Warranty extended scope, based on business needs and quality performance trends.Requirements & QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, engineering, or reliability roles.Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects focused on quality improvement or warranty cost reduction.Experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., HVAC, automotive, aerospace).Technical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (8D, A3, DMAIC).Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.Familiarity with warranty data systems and reliability metrics is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong communication and influencing skills across functions and levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.Other Requirements:Advanced English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel as needed.Benefits
