The jobThe Learning and Development Consultant, Sr takes the leadership role in designing, developing and delivering the organization´s
blended learning experience, driving the delivery of the Learning and Development strategy for the company.What you will be doing

Deliver highly engaging, interactive training sessions in English for a global employee audience, ensuring learner engagement across regions.
Facilitate leadership development programs with a strong focus on new manager readiness, equipping leaders with foundational skills to manage, coach, and develop their teams effectively.
Adapt facilitation techniques to both virtual and in-person settings, incorporating active participation, simulations, and real-world scenarios to drive learning retention.
Partner with stakeholders to identify leadership capability gaps and recommend learning interventions aligned with business priorities.
Serve as a role model for facilitation best practices, coaching other trainers and L&D team members to elevate overall delivery standards.

What you likely bring

5+ years of demonstrated expertise in facilitating interactive, engaging training sessions in English for diverse, global audiences.
Strong knowledge of leadership development principles with proven experience designing and delivering training for new and emerging managers.
Ability to create inclusive learning environments that foster participation, reflection, and application across cultural and regional contexts.
Skilled at leveraging adult learning methodologies, business simulations, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning outcomes.
Confidence and presence in both in-person and virtual delivery formats, with the adaptability to adjust style and content to meet audience needs.

What could set you apart

2+ years of specialized/industry experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with HRMS (Workday preferred)
Knoweldge of productive AI application (Copilot preferred)
