- Deliver highly engaging, interactive training sessions in English for a global employee audience, ensuring learner engagement across regions.
- Facilitate leadership development programs with a strong focus on new manager readiness, equipping leaders with foundational skills to manage, coach, and develop their teams effectively.
- Adapt facilitation techniques to both virtual and in-person settings, incorporating active participation, simulations, and real-world scenarios to drive learning retention.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify leadership capability gaps and recommend learning interventions aligned with business priorities.
- Serve as a role model for facilitation best practices, coaching other trainers and L&D team members to elevate overall delivery standards.
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in facilitating interactive, engaging training sessions in English for diverse, global audiences.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development principles with proven experience designing and delivering training for new and emerging managers.
- Ability to create inclusive learning environments that foster participation, reflection, and application across cultural and regional contexts.
- Skilled at leveraging adult learning methodologies, business simulations, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning outcomes.
- Confidence and presence in both in-person and virtual delivery formats, with the adaptability to adjust style and content to meet audience needs.
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with HRMS (Workday preferred)
- Knoweldge of productive AI application (Copilot preferred)
