Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring other Scrum Masters, refining agile practices, and driving the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring a high-performing and efficient agile environment.What you will do- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in advanced Agile methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a change agent, helping the organization to adopt and improve Agile practices.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align Agile practices with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate effective cross-team coordination and integration in complex projects.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership in Agile methodologies, contributing to the broader Agile community.What we are looking for- 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile scaling frameworks and complex Agile implementations.
- Extensive experience in coaching teams, other Scrum Masters, and organizational leaders.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in leading organizational Agile transformation initiatives.
- IT infrastructure and software development process knowledge.
