- Plan and manage production schedules specifically for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) operations.
- Ensure alignment of schedules with customer demand, component availability, and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate with procurement to secure electronic parts and materials on time.
- Monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and assembly line performance, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues related to BOM changes, line balancing, and testing requirements.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track production progress and maintain schedule accuracy.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Work in a fast-paced electronics environment focused on precision, quality, and timely execution of complex assembly processes.
- Make weekly planning orders to supplier base according to the current customer demand.
- Oversee production materials planning cycles to achieve appropriate levels of inventory.
- Contribute to minimizing freight and premium freight services through proper planning processes.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques related to material handling and control.
- Support product changes and inventory levels to ensure minimal obsolescence.
- And other activities assigned by Sr. Materials Planner.
- Engineering, International Business, Finance, or Administration Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of production scheduling experience.
- English 80%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).

- Willingness to work in an office.
