By serving industries such as biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and commercial water applications, our technology empowers customers and colleagues to make an impact on public health and well-being.This is a remote role with primary location Mexico City, may include up to 60% domestic and international travelDiscover Impactful Work:As an Application Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.A day in the Life:Leads application of industrial products to solve customer problems and drive the penetration of our technology for Mexican customers.This position also supports Biopharmaceutical and Drinking Water business units and the application of these innovative technologies.Support new Purification and Filtration product introduction into customer applications, monitor performance and report back to NPI team.Supports customers, sales and marketing teams in responding to technical inquiries.Sets up evaluation trials and writes trial reportAbility to travel across Mexico to support territory reps and customersAbility to travel to US and Latin America for training.Investigates quality complaints and works on resolution.Collaborates with technical experts in the divisionKeys to Success:EducationBachelor’s Degree or higherExperienceAt least 7 years of experience in chemistry, filtration, or fluid processing as an asset.Intermediate English levelAvailability to travelBenefits:At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we value diversity and inclusion.
