We are currently seeking a Instrument Supervisor, reporting directly to Precom/Com Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.Implementing and executing the Precommissioning/Commissioning plan for the instrumentation activities, assigned tasks, ensuring a smooth and successful project delivery.Main Accountabilities:

Ensures that all PC&C activities under his / her control are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions of start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent.
Executes the follow up of PC&C activities, on instrumentation and control systems, including fire & gas and telecommunication.
Responsible for organizing the Loop Checks required to Handover the Complex.
Generate the associated report sheets and ensure that they are properly used, and that Company's representatives sign off.
Prepares and issues testing procedures for approval by T-EN.
Establishes a system of reliable follow-up of loop testing activity and clearing of punch lists.
Identifies required resources for test (man and material), organizes tests teams and establishes priorities.
Controls the construction subcontractor's Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
May lead the work of some Pre- commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
Participates in regular progress and coordination meetings with TEN.
