This role is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting for the biggest PPE manufacturing site in US&C Tijuana.
The role will concentrate but not be limited to:
- Be part of the Site Leadership and take active part in Site decision making
- Provide financial support for factory transition projects
- Financial leadership for Supply Side Labor/Materials SIOP process
- Provide financial leadership of labor and overhead reporting, productivity and efficiency; ensure regular update provided on site performance, monitor variances and work with local team to remediate
- Drive analysis of manufacturing costs accounting system and seek for its enhancement
- Financial support for Monthly Operating Reviews
- Initiate and lead ad hoc financial analysis deep dives as requested
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial policies
- Lead the Site Annual Operating Plan, periodic forecasts, periodic financial pulse, strategic plans
- Harmonize management reporting of Cost, Working Capital, Productivity, Capital, Service levels and other financial metrics
- Drive inventory management compliance to Hon policies in terms of cycle count, scrap and other inventory adjustments
- Participate in annual std cost update
- Provide financial insights on any ad hoc requests:
**Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in Finance
- At least five years of experience in same or similar industry, preferably with a minimum of 3-4-year ISC experience
- Fluent English
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, delivering results under the pressure
