A German-based company with a global presence in the industrial sector, specializing in solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for talented professionals to join its team.Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry (direct collaboration with local OEMs, and understanding of the international and local automotive market and its stakeholders.- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.Technical Knowledge:- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and regulations.- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.- Proficiency in supply chain management, fleet operations, and quality control.- Familiarity with digital transformation and automotive technology advancements.Main responsibilities:- Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company’s strategic direction and performance expectations.- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards.- Oversee and optimize daily operations, including sales, logistics, and customer service.- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.- Drive organizational change and transformation projects to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.- Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations.Benefits
