**You must have**:
- Minimum of 3 years of Data Science experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Python or R programming experience for Machine Learning & Data Science related libraries such as Python (Numpy/Pandas/Scikit-Learn/Seaborn/Keras/SciPy/Pytorch/Tensorflow/NLTK), R (Tidyverse/Tidytext/stringr/randomForest/nnet/Keras for R/Tensorflow for R/h2o AutoML)
**We value**:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field
- Experience with Employee Engagement survey or any survey analysis
- Experience with developing and deploying Machine Learning Applications in Python or R Web Application libraries such as Python (Django/Flask) and R (Shiny)
- Experience with SQL
- Human Resources experiences especially in Talent Development or Talent Management domains
- Experience working with remote and global teams
- Results driven with a positive can-do attitude.
