- Make outbound calls to prospective new patients. Email and SMS communication may also be required, depending on the patient.
- Guide new patients through the onboarding process, addressing concerns or objections as they come up.
- Effectively communicate complex billing and insurance information to families.
- Navigate rejections or difficult conversations with potential clients.
- Ensure patients complete necessary post-call tasks, such as reviewing consent forms or uploading diagnostic information.
- Build feedback loops to keep Product + Engineering teams aware of technical issues or bugs.
- Utilize CRM or sales software.
- Work independently to meet sales targets.
- 1-2 years experience in Healthcare
- Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales software, telephony or customer service software (Zendesk), and collaboration tools like Google Suite and Slack.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
