Ensure IS Partners are executing the assigned SOPs correctly and are working effectively with all other partners.To cover the NAM time zone to allow Global supportSAP Analyst for Global OperationsDay to day management of BAU SAP operations, ensure system are available 24/7 and in line with SLA/OLA , work in world class team delivering world class support, to allow Diageo business to sell products globally2nd Level Support for Service Delivery and Service Support escalationsPartner with Service Providers to integrate SAP improvements into Diageo’s ongoing OperationsAct as Service Introductory Managers and Service Introductory Leads on SAP projectsConduct in-depth operations reviews for all SAP global production capabilitiesExecute all Service Delivery and Service Support processes for all SAP production capabilitiesReview third party vendors and contracts to ensure appropriate operation principles are in placeParticipate in internal and external audit on SAP operationsExecute and ensure partners are executing information security standards and standard operating proceduresExecute approved SAP investigations and forensicsFollow sun support for Global sap systemsReporting on SAP systems, Availability, Trending, performance, Capacity.Audit controls and Risk management on SAP systemsService improvement plans for SAP using reports i.e. Early Watch , Data Volume ManagementTicket management , Service now, report and ensure Vendors/Partners are meeting SLA/OLAOutage Management , Lead , and support system outagesMonitor and respond to SAP events.Implementation and administration of SAP solutions.Participate in SAP compliance efforts.Helping ensure technical solutions leverage industry best practices.Evaluate and recommend new and emerging SAP products and technologies.Develop SAP standards, policies, and processes.
