What You’ll Be Doing:

Design electronics hardware for motion systems including motors and complex assemblies
Complete schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing
Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to innovative product designs
Collaborate with engineering, business, and customer teams to meet project goals
Balance innovation with cost, manufacturability, and time-to-market
Troubleshoot and debug prototypes using advanced instrumentation and soldering techniques
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Engage with customers to understand and translate needs into product features

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
3+ years of experience in electronic hardware design in a manufacturing setting
Proficiency in PCB layout tools and electrical design fundamentals
Bilingual (English and Spanish) with ability to operate in a global and local environment
Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
Strong analytical skills, creativity, and independent problem solving

High energy, collaborative team player with strong sense of urgency

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with motion system control or embedded hardware platforms
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for cost

Experience in cross functional disciplines e.g. software, firmware, or mechanical
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement
High energy, urgency, and a hands-on approach to building early prototypes
Business acumen and sensitivity to market value creation
