- Design electronics hardware for motion systems including motors and complex assemblies
- Complete schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to innovative product designs
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and customer teams to meet project goals
- Balance innovation with cost, manufacturability, and time-to-market
- Troubleshoot and debug prototypes using advanced instrumentation and soldering techniques
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Engage with customers to understand and translate needs into product features
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in electronic hardware design in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in PCB layout tools and electrical design fundamentals
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with ability to operate in a global and local environment
- Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and independent problem solving
- High energy, collaborative team player with strong sense of urgency
- Experience with motion system control or embedded hardware platforms
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for cost
- Experience in cross functional disciplines e.g. software, firmware, or mechanical
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement
- High energy, urgency, and a hands-on approach to building early prototypes
- Business acumen and sensitivity to market value creation
