What You’ll Be Doing:

Contribute to mechanical design tasks involving advanced motion systems, including motor construction/control and multi-joint systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies to revolutionize product design.
Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to align design with technical and business goals.
Rapidly prototype, test, and troubleshoot designs using hands-on methods.
Engage with customers to translate needs into viable product features.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a mechanical design role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in CAD modeling software and engineering tools.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience with rapid prototyping, design for manufacturing, and cost-controlled approaches.
Familiarity with global innovation teams and early-stage product development.
