This strategic role will ensure full regulatory compliance, optimize cost structures, reinforce financial controls, and align the local strategy with global business objectives.Key Responsibilities

Restructure and lead the finance team in Mexico.
Ensure compliance with Mexican tax, legal, and accounting regulations (SAT, transfer pricing, tariffs).
Develop and implement cost control and operational efficiency strategies.
Advise executive leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with global teams to align financial policies and processes.
Drive change management and transformation in a high-demand environment.

Oversee financial risk management and maintain audit readiness at all times.Lead strategic projects such as ERP implementations, global reporting alignment.

20+ year's experience in finance within the multinational automotive industry.
Deep knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and trade regulations.
Proven track record in rebuilding teams and leading change.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
