- Work together with Customer Marketing, Marketing and Key accounts to deliver promotional grid from strategy to execution. Assure its efficiency and compliance across RE and customers (MONTHLY TRACKING SCORECARD).
- Build the local promo price strategy (commercial grid) with specific recommendations on Deepness , frequency , elasticity.
- Optimize trade investment , providing category and brand promotional guidelines to increase ROI and perceived value for Customers and shoppers.
- Trade architecture development to define shelf back strategy across Channels and Retail environments, evaluate and recommend commercial conditions across customers.
- Deploy Revenue management fundamentals across the organization.
- Deflator review and analysis by channel, Retail environment and customer. Report monthly deflator, post deflator analysis and findings.
- Lead analysis to recommend and support the commercial team to manage/reduce and/or effectively use of resources
- Build models and tools to deliver insight & learnings to drive action to enable the commercial team to make faster and better decisions with a high level of confidence.
- Support the continuous learning cycle in the trade promotion investments creating dos & donts action guidelines for the markets
- Develop a model of follow up analysis to the Top Clients (pareto) on the deflator.
- Analyze Deflator accrual after balance reports against trade investment activities.
- Follow up to the accruals, reverses according to the trade investment planning.
- Provide monthly report to review the credit notes document vs. deflator accruals.
- Deflator account follow up, after the reconciliation in accounting and AR
- Review and calculate the ROI for top initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer.
- Experience: Commercial experience, Trade Marketing experience, Finance and accounting principles knowledge.
- Administrative or Finance Degree.
- At least 5 Years of experience in Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience at Retail Stores Management.
- Fluent English Conversation and Written Communication.
