- Proactively engage with clients through phone, messaging, and email to support their progression from account creation to funding and active trading.
- Address and overcome objections with confidence, promoting the benefits of trading and our platform to maximise conversion and reactivation.
- Monitor and manage a dynamic portfolio of clients using the CRM system, ensuring timely and targeted outreach based on predefined parameters.
- Maintain consistent, culturally aware communication across various channels to suit the preferences and behaviours of different client segments.
- Prioritise workload effectively, focusing on high-potential leads and opportunities to ensure maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Support, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to propose improvements in client engagement strategies and service delivery.
- Identify clients with potential to become Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, or multi-platform users and refer to the relevant teams.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt across cultures and mediums.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently to targets.
- Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese required.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD trading and the sales lifecycle in a regulated environment.
- Prior experience working with LATAM clients or in multilingual environments.
- Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms and online trading tools.
