- Investigates issues, identifies root causes, and develops effective solutions.
- Performs capacity analysis to identify gaps between required and available capacity to meet customer demand (capacity based on personnel and machinery).
- Develops and maintains performance reports related to forecasting and other analyses required by management.
- Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
- Designs, develops, and implements analytical tools using the technological resources authorized by the company.
- Coordinates forecast deadlines with clients, adjusts demand to daily hours, and analyzes it against installed capacity.
- Plays a key role in the monthly forecasting process and communicates with the client when anomalies are detected.
- Maintains constant communication with the client regarding forecast fulfillment.
- Engages in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing discrepancies in forecast fulfillment and other related metrics.
This position requires a completed degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields.English required: 80% (Conversational, intermediate- advanced)2. Skills and Abilities:
