- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
- Report relevant HR information to the Division.
- Minimum 8 years experience in human Resources or related field in automotive industry. At least the last 5 in Management position
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Proficient at developing talent, empowering others and creating a culture of collaboration with a HC of 1,000; familiarity with HR information and payroll systems, good knowledge of employment law and labor union.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
