**Requirements**:
University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Relations, Clinical Psychology or similar.
Knowledge of individual psychology, with the capacity of Observation and Active Listening.
To be capable of participating in events related to people.
Taking care of details and obtaining quality results.
