**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational responsible of indicators associated with deliveries on time and production planning.
Manage customer orders in the system; from its entry, process, and exit
Develop, propose, and improve traffic routes to optimally dispatch customer requirements.
Propose and develop a production plan, monitoring stock levels and customer orders.
Lead and participate in meetings associated with fulfilling customer orders.
Monitor that the finished product stock strategy is guaranteed and executed
Involve the areas associated with the process, to optimize, balance, communicate and balance the capabilities of the plant and develop a production plan.
**We value**:
- Bachelor's in Logistics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience as Customer Service Representative
- Experience withing food industry as a plus
- English: B2 at least
