
PC&L Sr Specialist SAL

- Customer Service & Planning:
- Manage both contractual and system-related customer requirements
- Participate in daily customer escalation calls and internal operations meetings.
- Develop and maintain the shipment plan and master production schedule for HPDC lines.
- Inventory and Operational Control: Ensure physical inventory accuracy against system records. Coordinate interplant transfers and optimize material flow.
- KPI Monitoring: Track installed capacity versus demand. Oversee operational patterns, labor planning, and shift requirements. Monitor scrap levels and implement containment actions as needed.
- Communication & Escalation: Act as a key point of contact for both customer and internal teams. Proactively escalating production or shipping risks impacting customer fulfillment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industria Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- 4-5 years in similar roles within the automotive industry, preferably in high-pressure operational settings
- Strategic planning and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and planning systems. Accountable and analytical. Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
