- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end users via phone, email, or in person, in both Spanish and English.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members or other departments as necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Support computers, printers, and other technological devices used on-site.
- Manage requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Configure and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, resolutions, and equipment.
- Stay updated on technology trends, software, and emerging tools.
- Participate in the preparation of technical documentation and training materials.
- Perform scheduled system maintenance and updates.
- Apply basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, and IT security.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
