Manage and coordinate both maritime and air freight operations to optimise delivery schedules and operational efficiency.
Liaise directly with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Utilise CW1 or similar logistics management systems to track shipments, update account information, and generate reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant international shipping regulations and company policies.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance.
Adapt and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic logistics environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Maintain detailed records and documentation supporting audit readiness and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
Minimum of two years' experience in maritime and air freight operations management.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to support clear communication with global stakeholders.
Familiarity with CW1 logistics software is highly desirable.
Experience working with accounts in the Beauty industry is an advantage.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
