- Own the onboarding process for new customers post-sale, ensuring all required information, documentation, and setup steps are completed.
- Coordinate across platforms and software to track progress and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor onboarding metrics and proactively address delays or gaps to keep timelines on track.
- Provide ad-hoc support for customer success needs such as: Assigning new user licenses, troubleshooting login issues, answering general platform questions, and assisting with invoice payments.
- Regular Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Daylight Saving: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
