- Manage the site's training team and oversee all training programs
- Ensure induction training for all new hires is timely and complete
- Assist department leaders in identifying training needs
- Develop, monitor, and update the Annual Training Plan aligned with company strategy
- Track effectiveness of training programs and develop improvement strategies
- Support resource management and training approvals
- Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with job roles (RASIC)
- Ensure all training documentation is complete and compliant (records, attendance, certifications)
- Serve as a key contact for audits and compliance reviews related to training
- Promote a culture of environmental awareness, proper resource use, and waste separation
- Support corrective actions stemming from customer complaints or audit findings
- Share corporate policies and procedures with the team to ensure awareness and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Education
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in training or education coordination
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles
- Leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Familiarity with CSR, QMS (SGC), EMS (SGA), and customer audit requirements
- Experience managing training for multiple departments and functions
